Simplicity runs through this place from the space itself down to the cooking. The elegant industrial space is matched by the refined cooking which doesn’t occupy itself with too many ingredients. The potato noodles, salt cod and coriander is an inspired dish – I didn’t even know pickled potato was a thing, now I do and I love it! The sourdough bread was solid. The smoked beef with artichoke we had was interesting. The trout perfectly cooked. Overall, an enjoyable meal. Keen to check out their bar snack offering.
