Fresh made to order ice cream using liquid nitrogen – Smitten is located in a unit that was once a shipping container. It was quite a fun theatrical experience watching the ice cream being made live.
After milling over the numerous options, I went with maple brown sugar squash with a side of cinnamon shortbread – the flavour of the squash really punched through – it tasted like pie but in ice cream form. Yum.
