LAST VISITED NOVEMBER 2013 Desperate for a glass of vino in the afternoon, I dropped in at Reynard, a bar and restaurant within the Whythe Hotel brought to us by Andrew Tarlow, the brainchild of other Brooklyn eateries including Marlow & Sons, Diner and Roman’s .
